About 6 years ago, I felt stuck in my career, I knew that I had so much inside of me to offer the world, but here was I stuck with little or no clarity.
In all of this, my capacity to add value was unquestionable, however, tying it together to achieve growth seemed almost impossible.
I later got my eureka moment after I mastered the art of self-leadership and learned how to position myself to get seen, heard and make significant impact anywhere I went.

I have over 17 years experience working in the humanitarian and development sector, have led teams of over 200 persons, with vast work experience across all the states in the South-East, South-South, North-Central, and North-Western states, including Gombe and Taraba States in the North-East region of Nigeria.

I have coached several ambitious career professionals and business owners on basics of Leadership, communication and self-confidence aimed at ensuring they become more assertive, understand and easily communicate their value so as to get seen, heard and positioned to contribute their excellence and brilliance in the work place.

I am passionate about facilitating productivity and empowering people to achieve self-awareness, confidently ‘own their Space’ and be inspired to act. Those who have worked with me describe me as passionate, focused and a goal getter.
